BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:20 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) sent a large convoy of reinforcements to the Hama countryside this weekend in order to strengthen their front-lines around the designated demilitarized zone.

According to the 1st Division, the Syrian Arab Army’s 141st Artillery Regiment was transferred to the northern Hama front, where they will begin a new mission in the coming weeks.

The 141st Regiment also transported towed field artillery guns and M240 heavy mortar launchers to the northern Hama front.

Over the last few weeks, the Syrian Arab Army has been rapidly building up their forces in the northern Hama and southern Idlib fronts, as rumors of a new offensive continue to surface around Damascus.
