BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:20 A.M.) – The Saudi Coalition suffered heavy losses within their ranks and to their equipment this morning when their forces attempted to advance at the strategic mountain of Jabal Qais in the Jizan region.
According to reports from this front, the Houthi forces were able to beat back the Saudi Coalition troops in the Jabal Qais area after several hours of intense clashes along this mountain that overlooks the Yemeni border.
Meanwhile, at the Lahj front, the Houthi forces reportedly carried out an ambush against a group of Gulf-backed fighters that were traveling through the Hawamra area.
The Houthi forces claimed they destroyed at least two pick-up trucks belonging to the pro-government Yemeni Army.
To counter their losses, the Saudi Coalition carried out heavy airstrikes over the northern region of Yemen, hitting several areas inside the Hajjah and Sa’ada governorates.
