BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:30 A.M.) – The Saudi Coalition is on the verge of besieging the Houthi forces along the Yemeni border after launching the latest phase of their Harad offensive.

Taking advantage of the air supremacy, the Saudi Coalition and their Yemeni allies have been able to score new advances in this mountainous region, capturing Jabal Hasnayn and much of Jabal Al-Hayjah.

If the Saudi Coalition can retake the Harad area, they will be able to secure the Midi Desert region and the strategic Al-Tuwal Crossing along the Yemeni-Saudi border.

For the Houthi forces, losing the Harad area may not have immediate ramifications, but long-term, this could spell trouble for them along the border provinces, as they have relied on these crossings to carry out hit-and-run attacks.
