Russian military police delivered humanitarian aid to civilians in Abu Hayj and Jub al Hamir, near Manbij, on Sunday.
Footage released on Sunday shows the delivery and distribution of the aid, which included food packages and school supplies.
As shown in the video, Russian Military Police continue to patrol Manbij area in the Syrian province of Aleppo near the Turkish border.
Following US President Donald Trump’s announcement of the planned withdrawal of US troops from Syria, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) requested that the government in Damascus re-establish control over some territories it previously occupied, including Manbij, with the aim of avoiding clashes with Turkey.
