BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:00 A.M.) – The Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi said in a statement on Tuesday that India did indeed cross the Line of Control (LoC) area this morning.

According to Qureshi, the Pakistani government had an inclination that India would do something like this.

“We had been telling the world that India is likely to do something like this (air strike in Pakistan). Today they have done it,” he said.

“I could see that the clouds of danger were hovering over Pakistan. Pakistan is live and strong. We are a responsible nation and will respond in a responsible and tactical manner. Pakistan knows how to safeguard its interests,” he continued.

The Pakistan Foreign Minister would add that his nation deserves the right to respond to the recent Indian airstrikes.

“We reserve the right to give an appropriate. We have the right to self defence,” he said.

The Pakistan-based Islamist militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed did a terrorist attack in India on Feb.14th, killing 46 Indian policemen. JeM has clear support from Paki ISI intelligence service.

Pakistan backs terrorist actions and insurrection in Jammu & Kashmir since 1987, this already claimed 70,000 lives since 1989
On 26 February 2019, 12 Indian Air Force Mirage 2000 jets crossed the Line of Control and struck a Jaish-e-Mohammed training camp inside Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in retaliation for the Pulwama attack.

Obviously, IAF totally razed the camp, killing about 300 terrorists at once

They long warned Paki govt about such camps but Pakis took no actions.

Funny fact, JeM is supposed banned as a terror group by Pakistan.
Why would Pakis respond to an attack on a banned terror group camp? IAF just did the job Paki authorities should have done by themselves!

Pakistan previously tried to invade Kargil (border area) in 1999.

A point to consider : Bill Clinton acted as a conciliator and obtained both country to keep aerial losses secret. In the 30 next months, Pakistan bought about 60-70 F-16, mostly on the 2nd hand market while the official inventory stood unchanged as before the Kargil war.

According to several defence-oriented Indian sources, Mirage-2000 totally devastated Paki F-16 without ending with a single loss. No surprise Clinton pushed into hiding aerial losses which would have been devastating for US fighter-jets exports.

Paki army also created the ‘United Jihad Council’ as an umbrella org for all the anti-Indian militant groups. Some Paki groups are affiliated to al-Qaeda and Talibans and participated international actions like the London subway attack.
