BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:00 P.M.) – Lebanese Foreign Minister, Gebran Bassil, visited the border-town of Qa’a, Monday, in order to meet with Lebanese military personnel and show his support for the army.
“We came here today to tell you that we stand by you,” Bassil told the army.
Bassil firmly stated that Lebanon does not need anyone’s permission to liberate their own lands and they will continue to do so.
“We do not need the permission of anyone to liberate our land and to confront Takfiri terrorism,” Bassil stated.
“The upcoming stage will be a rollercoaster of pain, joy, freedom and independence in the face of this terrorism,” he concluded.
