BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:40 P.M.) – A large convoy of Turkish-backed rebels were seen heading towards the front-lines in the northern Aleppo town of Manbij this week.
The convoy reportedly consisted of rebel fighters from the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) that were deployed all over the Idlib and Aleppo provinces.
As shown in the short video below, the Turkish-backed rebels were heading towards the front-lines in Manbij with a large number of vehicles and military personnel:

Manbij is currently under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF); it also has several units of the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG) deployed around the town.
Due to the YPG’s presence in Manbij, the Turkish military has set their sights on capturing this town next.
