BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 A.M.) – According to the Israel-based Channel 20 network, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are planning ahead for a future war along the Lebanese border.

The Channel 20 report said Israel’s “Operation Northern Shield” has led to several new developments along the Lebanese border.

The network reported that the Israeli military, in coordination with the Israeli Home Front, is preparing to open shelters to strengthen the northern region, and defend settlers in that area, especially near the Lebanese border.

They explained that the Israeli army in January 2019, in coordination with the Ministry of Defense, came up with the “Northern Shield plan, pointing out that ts goal was to prepare bunkers and shelters in preparation for any future wars, and that the army is currently conducting surveys of large areas on the northern front for the same purpose.

The channel indicated that the army is doing this in coordination with the home front and heads of localities in the northern region.

What future war ? Israel has been the antagonist in a neverending war since 1948. To be more precise they have conducted terrorist atrocities against nearly all their Arab neighbours since 1948 and continue to do so today.
Never forget ISIS = Israeli secret intelligence services.

Israel has a genuine peace treaty with Egypt for 41 years and one with Jordan for 26 years. None of both states have to complain about it. Actually, KSA and UAE are highly consider to normalise relations. When it comes to Syria or Lebanon, these aren’t Arab countries any way!… Read more »

Well, since anything would be started by Hezbollah which is an Iranian puppet, on any move, Israel should use cruise missiles on Iranian oil and gas facilities as retaliation. If any Grad-rocket or Kornet ATGM from them, PIJ or Hamas ends costing a refinery, an oil terminal or a South-Pars gas platform to Hezbollah’s real bosses, they will soon consider it way too expensive. Note that the South-Pars facilities in order to exploit the undersea gas basin costed $45 billions to Iran… Would be a pretty expensive price for a single rocket that moreover would surely end intercepted by Iron-Dome…… Read more »
