BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:20 A.M.) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran unleashed a massive attack against the so-called “Islamic State” (ISIS) forces in eastern Syria last night.
According to the official media wing of the IRGC, their aerospace forces targeted the “headquarters of the terrorists” east of the Euphrates.
The IRGC said that several of their surface-to-surface missiles managed to reach the targeted locations, causing significant damage to the terrorist group’s headquarters.

The IRGC added that their assault targeted the ringleaders of the September 22nd terrorist attack that targeted a military parade in the southwester city of Ahvaz.
This terrorist attack, which was later claimed by the Islamic State, resulted in the death of 25 people, including a number of handicapped veterans and children.
This latest attack marks the second time in the last two years that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has launched a missile strike of this magnitude against the Islamic State terrorist organisation in Syria.
