BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:30 A.M.) – There are countries helping transfer terrorists from Syria to Libya, the Syrian U.N. Delegate Dr. Bashar Al-Ja’afari told the UNSC on Tuesday.

“How can the fighters be transferred from Syria to Libya unless the support of governments benefiting from it?” Jaafari asked the UNSC, as cited by The Libyan Address.

“We have warned against the transfer of fighters to neighboring countries,” Jaafari added.

Members of both the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) and Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham have somehow made their way from Syria to Libya over the last year, prompting the governments in Damascus and Benghazi to question who is aiding their transfer.

Damascus and Benghazi have accused Turkey in recent months of helping to facilitate this transfer, despite Ankara’s rejection of accusations.

Turkey is considered a close ally to the Tripoli-based Government of National Accords (GNA); they are currently fighting the Libyan National Army (LNA), which is led by Field Marshal General Khalifa Haftar.

Talk to us about the Iranian cargo spotted recently close to a jihadi area of Libyan cost…
Or about the actions of Quds-Force doing false flags cooked for the purpose of accusing Gaddafi of slaughtering his population… Don’t you also remember that it was Quds-Force who smuggled Zarqawi into Iraq, then Iran who warned the Yankees that Saddam was hiding al-Qaeda senior officers?

US threatens to impose sanctions on Turkey
The US has issued an ultimatum to Turkey: If the country buys the S-400 missile defense system from Russia, sanctions will be imposed. The dispute goes beyond the weaponry. Differences on Syria and Iran are at play.
